Launch: Extend HCP reach to drive patient referrals

Our client wanted to engage with a new target audience during their brand launch to drive eligible patient referrals to ‘loyal’ treatment centres for initiation. The internal field team were responsible for engaging with the treatment centres from a total account approach.

The Republic M vKAM team worked in coordination with the existing field team, to accelerate behaviour change with the new HCP target audience by firstly driving patient identification and then ensuring subsequent referral to the local treatment centre for MDT (multi-disciplinary team) review.
